CSG Build-to-Suit, consolidation, site and entitlements, and co-investment project. This 700,200 square foot building was a design/build for a distributor of cookware, dishes and kitchen utensils. The warehouse has 104 exterior loading docks in a "cross-docking" arrangement. The facility includes 15,000 square feet of administrative offices, multiple break rooms and toilet rooms for employees.
