Will serves as Vice President of Redstone Commercial.  In this capacity, Will adds value to his clients by providing valuable brokerage services that include investment sales, leasing services, and asset management.  By operating with trust and transparency, Will’s technique helps commercial real estate investors create, grow, and protect their wealth (invested capital).  Over the years, Will has developed a strong personal network that allows him to put the best team in place to get a deal done.

Prior to joining Redstone, Will worked as an Investment Associate with Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group where he successfully brokered multiple retail properties.  He has a firm understanding of financial modeling and capital markets and assisted in the underwriting of over $200M worth of commercial real estate assets.  Will was also responsible for coordinating targeted marketing campaigns and leading business development efforts.  Before graduating from Florida State University, Will obtained his real estate license and worked with student housing developers on some of the largest living communities near campus.

Will is dedicated to finding creative solutions to any potential obstacles and taking an advisory approach by establishing long term relationships.  In his free time Will enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
