Experience: Tom is a principal at SVN | Imperial Realty where he specializes in office and industrial brokerage in the Lehigh Valley. With over fifteen years in the commercial real estate industry, he has secured numerous transactions with a career sales volume of over $150 million. Skeans Also heads up the property management division at SVN | Imperial Realty. As an active member of the commercial real estate community, Skeans is a designated member and past chapter president of the CCIM Institute. He is also a member of the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors.
