Tamara joined the KW Commercial Real Estate team in East County San Diego in April 2019. Since then, Tamara has developed her commercial real estate knowledge by partnering with senior agents at the KW Commercial team, who together have more than a century of experience in commercial real estate transactions that range from land and lot purchases, lot splits and subdivisions, to a myriad of commercial and industrial projects and large-scale retail transactions. Tamara’s current projects include an 18-unit multifamily project, a retail leasing project, and land acquisitions on behalf of a niche small business with particular needs. Tamara graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Spanish and Criminal Justice and began her professional career as an investigator working on behalf of various U.S. Government agencies, including the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and other three-letter agencies. Tamara decided to pursue a career in commercial real estate to complement the development business she and her husband are building. An East County native, Tamara grew up between Alpine and Lakeside and now lives in El Cajon with her family. When not working on her clients’ transactions or her real estate projects, Tamara enjoys spending time with her husband and children exploring California.
