Managing Broker, Nancy Surak offers clients both transactional expertise and a deep understanding of marketing developed over more than 19 years in the commercial real estate industry. She is consistently ranked in the top tier of land brokers in Tampa Bay, Florida.

Nancy is a certified commercial investment member of the REALTORS® Land Institute, and is also an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and ULI Florida’s Urban Development/Mixed Use Product Council.

Nancy received the 2016 Sale Transaction Excellence Award from CREW Tampa Bay, an association of professional women in commercial real estate. The Florida Gulfcoast Association of Commercial REALTORS® awarded her Overall Deal of the Year in 2014, and Land Deal of the Year in four of the last six years. In 2015, she was named No. 1 in Regional Investment Sales. In addition, she was honored to be among the Gulf Coast Business Review’s “40 Under 40,” and was named the “Top Woman in Florida Commercial Real Estate” by the Florida Real Estate Journal.

Currently, Nancy sits on the board of directors for the Tampa Real Estate Investment Council. In the past, she has served on the board of directors of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of REALTORS®, Leadership Tampa Bay and the Pasco County Economic Development Council.

Nancy earned a bachelor’s degree in international trade and finance at Louisiana State University and a master’s in mass communication at the University of Florida. She has taught real estate management as an adjunct professor at The University of Tampa. She is a frequent speaker at industry events, including the National Association of REALTORS® conference, Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS® and the annual NAIOP Tampa Bay broker update.
