Michael Corcoran is a Brevard county native and graduated from Melbourne High School before obtaining a bachelor degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member status in the fall of 2008.

Michael is active in several organizations such as being Treasurer of the 5 star accredited Melbourne Regional Chamber of Commerce. He also is former Chairman of the Board of Adjustment for Brevard County and the former President of the Chamber Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit.

He has served on the Government Affairs Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a member of the Economic Development Commission of the Space Coast. Local committees include membership of the invitation only commercial real estate group, the Commercial Investment Roundtable.

Ensuring positive cash flow is one of Michael’s main beliefs for investments. That is why leasing is so important and advertising should be to the fullest extent possible.
