I have extensive experience in the sale and leasing of commercial properties. I currently sit on the Municipality of Anchorage Industrial Land advisory board. This gives me insight into the issues that users and developers encounter with developable lands in Anchorage. I am also a board member for the Downtown Partnership which promotes the growth and development of the Central Business District.

My leasing experience includes representing numerous office buildings throughout Anchorage, as well as working with tenants for space in buildings represented by other agents.
