Lyndsey Johnson has more than ten years of experience in public relations, marketing, and sales within the A/E/C and commercial real estate industries. She has been involved with both the investment and development side of commercial real estate, devoting time to site acquisition, sales, leasing, market feasibility analysis, proforma creation, and being hands-on with investors and tenants. Lyndsey analyzes each property, creatively presents it to the market, and monitors the process through a successful close.
She focuses on site selection and property acquisition and both single and multi-tenant retail assets. With her diverse background, she represents a variety of clients including high net-worth individuals to provide advice on retail investing for both single tenant net-leased properties and multi-tenant shopping centers.
Lyndsey began her commercial real estate development career with a national multi-family developer in Dallas. She quickly earned the title of Vice President overseeing all sales and marketing activities for each division of the company including development, construction and property management. She worked on transactions ranging from $20M to $360M with more than $600 million in closed deals. She played an integral role in securing the largest student housing multi-family contract ever closed for $360 million which led to national recognition by several industry publications.
