He has spent the last decade working in his family business (Dollar Castle), which has availed him to develop several business skills and techniques. As COO of Dollar Castle, Julian has helped the companies 7 locations increase sales by over 30%. During this period, Julian attributes this growth to building relationships with vendors and wholesalers, traveling to conventions to help diversify inventory, and building a strong employee unit within the stores. Although he enjoys the world of retail, real estate has always been an inherent aspect of his work and something he has always had a strong passion to pursue. Julian’s experiences have allowed him to develop a large network of business professionals, many of whom he can call friends.
