As a Greenville SC native, Joseph has a passion for contributing to the continued prosperity of the upstate. Joseph was born and raised on the still “up and coming” west side of the city. His family owned small businesses in Greenville from the 1950s until the 2000s when his father retired. Joseph learned the importance of honesty, integrity and follow-through in his teens while working here with his father. This is all to say, that Joseph has deep roots in Greenville. These serve as powerful motivators to preserve the strength and reputation of his Father’s name, and to go beyond what is expected of him in every venture he undertakes.     Joseph has thousands of hours of training and experience in sales consultation, ethics, diversity, team building, and management from some of the most successful companies in the world such as: Verizon Wireless, AT&T, The Home Depot and others. His experiences as Department Head over Contractor Services for Home Depot and his time spent working as a Project Manager for one of the largest renovation companies in the country, lead him to take the next step into real estate with SVN Blackstream.
