Joe Cuskey serves as a Senior Investment Advisor for SVN | Commercial Advisory Group and has been successfully working in real estate for over 17 years. Originally from the Midwest, Joe possesses strong work ethic, drive, and focus and takes pride on putting the needs of his clients first.
Prior to joining SVN, Joe spent 7 years with the Minneapolis office of Marcus & Millichap where he specialized in Multifamily apartment housing and was a member of the Marcus & Millichap National Multifamily Housing Team. Now, at SVN, Joe is a Senior Advisor and current member of the SVN National Multifamily Apartment Council as well as team leader of the SVN Florida Multifamily Apartment Team.
Joe brings an extensive and successful history of brokerage with him and has successfully closed over 1700 apartment units in volume at a value of around $150 million dollars.
When not at work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and son around the pool or on the beach. Joe’s hobbies include Hockey, Football, Golf, & the Outdoors.
