My real estate career first started in 1991 as a Residential Appraiser, where I became licensed as a State Certified Residential appraiser both in Missouri and Illinois. I have been an investor for 20 years both residential and commercial in new and existing homes. My training also includes home inspections and energy audits. I currently own both residential and commercial properties that I manage myself. I enjoy bow hunting and boating.
