Jeffrey Soclof

Jeffrey's real estate practice is comprised of Representing landlord's in the leasing and disposition of commercial properties, primarily retail shopping centers and office buildings Retail Tenant Representation Services Real Estate Tax Appeals Financing Investment & Acquisitions Asset Management Jeffrey has been a real estate professional since 1993 when he worked as a property manager in New York City for a local developer. Over the next several years, he worked as a Real estate Analyst at Cushman & Wakefiled's New York Headquarters and earned a master’s degree in Real Estate from New York University. Returning to Cleveland in 1997, Jeffrey joined EMMCO Corp. as a Leasing Specialist focused on leasing local shopping center properties. Over the years, his practice has grown to include tenant representation, investment sales, acquisitions and asset management. In 2010, Jeffrey earned the CCIM designation and currently is a board member of the Ohio chapter. Jeffrey sits on several local boards and recently participated on the Ohio Department of Commerce Real Estate License Law Task Force.
