Janice is  the principal of Synergy Commercial Properties, ( a full-service commercial real estate firm) and focuses on business development and commercial  investments for clients in the Carolinas, from leasing to acquisitions and dispositions of multiple property types which include retail, industrial, land, and office.  She has represented a variety of interests, from smaller landlord entities to major retail developers, as well as  national credit tenants  and institutional clients.  Her vast real estate knowledge includes grocery-anchored shopping centers,  as well as mixed-use developments  throughout the Carolinas.  She has been heavily involved in ground up development from site acquisitions to  leasing . Janice  is responsible for everyday operations of the firm and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), where she serves on the N. C. CCIM Chapter Board of Directors.  She an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors as well as the Pinehurst-Southern Pines Association of Realtors. Janice has spent more than 32 years in the commercial real estate industry in the Carolinas.
