Mr. Wollman has a B.S. in Finance and a M.S. in International Business from the University of Florida and is currently working on the CCIM designation as well as the Certified International Property Specialist designation.
While at UF he had the opportunity to participate in a Business Exchange program at the University of Manchester in England and complete a Masters in International Management Specialization at the number one ranked graduate business school in Europe, IE Business School, in Madrid, Spain. Jake currently serves as the Pinellas County Chair for CCIM's West Coast Chapter and had previously served as the University Alliance Chair for multiple terms.
Over the past 7 years he’s built a tremendously successful career in real estate and development consulting while inspiring our team to embrace process driven technology. Mr. Wollman specializes in adaptive reuse projects and has successfully helped developers, investors, and seller's alike, execute disposition and acquisition strategies for Key Tampa Bay properties and businesses. Mr. Wollman along with his team has successful negotiated public private development partnerships on behalf of their clients and has is providing development consultation and brokerage support for a $400M + mixed use project that the team initiated.
Jake has a love for everything St Pete and is regarded as a local expert in identifying off-market real estate opportunities. Recent off-market transactions have included historic buildings as well as land for proposed hotel, residential, and mixed use development.
