Jake Petrie

Jake Petrie is an associate at LanCarte Commercial. Jake is active in many types of commercial brokerage including leasing, sales and tenant-buyer/ landlord-seller representation for industrial, land, retail and office properties. While attending college and obtaining his real estate license, Jake worked as head of operations and project manager for Katie’s Express Car Wash. Over the course of four years while working at Katie’s Express Car Wash, Jake has gained crucial skills from managing the construction and then operations of four new washes. These set of skills offer a unique set of competences to his career in commercial real estate.
