FAB Realty Group founder and president, Frank Boullosa, is a 25-year veteran in the commercial real estate business in Tampa Bay. He has executed more than 200 transactions totaling over $300 million. FAB Realty Group delivers advisory and brokerage services to investors, developers and operators of retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties.

With roots in the banking industry, Mr. Boullosa has advised clients on a variety of financing transactions including acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent financing.  Since 2005 he has also provided real estate brokerage services for many of the same clients.  Mr. Boullosa has earned numerous regional and corporate awards including Retail Broker of the Year, Top Producer, and Deal of the Year.  FAB’s clients have included large shopping center and multifamily developers, as well as small and mid-sized buyers and sellers with unique and complex needs.

Prior to founding FAB Realty Group Boullosa lead the Lender Services Team at Ross Realty. Prior to that he was with SouthTrust Bank, a $50 billion regional bank, where he served as Senior Vice President and Manager, Commercial Realty Estate Lending, Credit Committee Member, and Tampa Bay Leadership Committee Member. Boullosa earned his undergraduate degree from Florida International University, and an MBA from the University of Miami.
