Ethan Falk is an Associate Advisor at SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate in Lakeland, Florida. Ethan specializes in land sales, primarily focusing on ranch, hunting/recreational, and agricultural acreage. He takes pride in advising his clients through the acquisition, disposition, and evaluation of Florida land.
Ethan is a Southeastern University Alumni with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Organizational Leadership. He was raised in Lakeland and graduated high school from Lakeland Christian School. It was at LCS, where he met his wife, Ahna Falk, during grade school.
Ethan grew up with a passion for the outdoors. He was first introduced to fishing by his father and grandfather at a young age and soon joined hunting trips with his family. As his obsession with fishing grew, he started to compete in bass fishing tournaments. In 2012 Ethan founded the Polk County Teen Sportfishing Association. This high school bass fishing tournament organization competes in monthly tournaments against the top youth anglers in Orange, Volusia, Seminole, Lake, and Osceola counties. Along with his love for fishing, Ethan is also an avid hunter. “Growing up hunting and fishing across Florida has made me appreciate the beautiful land that God gave us, and I believe we have a responsibility to manage and protect our rural landscapes properly,” said Ethan.
Ethan is a fourth-generation Floridian, and his family has a history within the cypress logging industry in Lacoochee, Florida, from the 1940s. In the last 40 years, his family has successfully worked in the commercial real estate business throughout Central Florida.
Ethan joined SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler in May of 2019 as an intern in the land research and marketing departments. Confirmed in his career choice to work in commercial real estate, he obtained his license and joined the brokerage as an Associate Advisor. Ethan is a licensed Florida Real Estate agent, a member of the Florida Farm Bureau, a member of Polk County Young Farmers & Ranchers, a member of the National Wild Turkey Federation, and a member of the Fish Need Water Alliance.
