Doug
Hutcheon serves as an associate in the Restaurant Division of ROI Commercial
Property Brokerage. An Azusa Pacific University graduate, Doug’s prior
experience in commodity trading, managed futures and financial services, gives
him a unique financial perspective in the commercial real estate market. He has
studied and produced white papers on liquor licensing and wet zoning. He has
knowledge in restaurant start-up, expansion and zoning compliance rules,
resulting in his ability to identify real estate trends in the food service
industry, which is how he adds value to his clientele. Doug is currently
married with two sons and enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his
family at the beach.
