Deron Thomas, SIOR, CCIM President of Industrial Realty Solutions specializes in the sale and leasing of warehouse and manufacturing facilities, flex space, industrial land, tenant representation and industrial investment properties. 

Deron was again named the #1 Industrial broker for 2016 for the third year in a row. He has been named one of the top five industrial brokers 16 out of the past 20 years, or 80% of the time by the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors which includes commercial brokers that practice in the seven county Tampa Bay MSA. Deron has over 28 years of experience in industrial real estate brokerage and has earned both the prestigious SIOR and CCIM designations.

Prior to forming Industrial Realty Solutions, Deron was employed at the Cushman & Wakefield offices in Tampa and St. Louis, Missouri. He also played four years of professional baseball with the St. Louis Cardinals organization, reaching the Class AA level.
