Denise Stavropoulos is founder and owner of Producers Realty Corp.  A true business professional, Denise draws upon years of experience in residential and commercial real estate with Coldwell Banker, Co-Broker/Owner of CalWest Commercial Inc., Retail California and with shopping center developer Lance-Kashian & Company.

Prior to working in real estate, Denise was a senior vice president with GE Capital Commercial Finance leading their Risk Operations Commercial Lending Collateral Monitoring and Loan Servicing organization in Norwalk, CT., and Chicago. In her capacity at GE Capital, Denise was also an integral part of her division’s mergers and acquisition team.  Prior to Denise’s career at GE Capital, Denise was an engineering manager with a major defense contractor.

Denise is a graduate of Queens College, CUNY (College University New York) in Flushing, N.Y., with a bachelor¹s degree in computer science. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker (Florida and California), a certified six sigma master black belt, is certified with ISO-9000 Auditing experience and is in the final  stages of obtaining her CCIM Certification.
