Daniel Lucchesi has been building an extensive profile in real estate since 2008, when he began his journey in New York. He worked on building his career while in school by interning with a regional office developer and for a national Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), earning his Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver in 2010. Daniel jumped right into the game shortly after earning his Master’s. He took on a Broker’s Associate position in Colorado and has underwritten $1 billion in commercial real estate as well as helping customers to finance $240 million in debt and equity. He gained experience managing the leasing, as well as asset and property management of over 370,000 square feet of office/warehouse space. Lucchesi has since moved on from that niche. He formed his own real estate company, formerly called Total Realty Advisors, which takes after the breadth and depth of Daniel’s real estate experience. He has helped over 40 clients a year meet their real estate needs and had about a 90% traffic rate from his network or referrals as overseer of the Lucchesi Property Group and Managing Director for Keller Williams Commercial.
