Christian Hayes began his career in 1990 with Windsor Financial Corporation (a developer of convenience shopping centers throughout Southern California) starting in site acquisitions, then later business development, leasing, property management, and dispositions. Mr. Hayes currently specializes in leasing and investment sales, representing both businesses and building owners primarily for retail, medical, and industrial properties for the Fernando and Conejo valleys. He represents numerous retail property owners and tenants in negotiating lease transactions, sales and acquisitions. Mr. Hayes' expertise brought him recognition from large retailers like Jack in the Box, The Daily Grind, and Subway.
Notably, he represented AH Warner Center Properties LLC, with CB Richard Ellis, in the leasing of a 1.8 million square foot, Class A, high rise project in Woodland Hills, where he completed over 40 lease transactions. He is consistently on the cutting edge of commercial real estate leasing and investment sales strategies and responds to the needs of his clients with acuity and expertise.
Professional Designations He is involved in the Adventure Guide program at the Conejo Valley YMCA, a past President of Project Children's Hospital in Los Angeles and past board member of North Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys running and fitness.
