Chris Bowers, CCIM is a Pinnacle Award Winner 2015 for 3rd Place Top Producer Land. Since joining Eshenbaugh Land Company in 2012, Chris Bowers has excelled at bringing specialized retail knowledge and a balanced developer’s perspective to this land-focused real estate brokerage team. Over the course of his career, Chris has been involved in the acquisition and sale of more than $200 million in real estate assets. He started his career in real estate in 2006 as a sales associate with the Ross Realty Group where he was involved in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. Chris joined Paradise Ventures (fka Paradise Development Group) in 2007 as Director of Disposition where he was responsible for the sale of grocery-anchored shopping centers, retail outparcels, and build-to-suit retail properties. In addition, Chris assisted in the acquisition of existing retail properties and development projects.
