Chris’s analytical background and experience in the appraisal industry allow him to assist both new and seasoned commercial property investors in navigating commercial property transactions/analysis ranging from self-storage facilities to apartment complexes to retail strip centers. All the while, Chris also assists residential clients in navigating complex marketplace environments to find a residence that fits their needs.

Chris has thrived as a real estate agent with Barkett Realty.  His accomplishments include assisting clients in leasing commercial space for growing business needs, finding value add and income producing commercial properties for various investors, selling residential condos/homes in the Tampa Bay market, and assisting various clients in finding a residence that makes them feel at home.

When Chris is not helping clients find the perfect fit for their real estate needs, he stays busy raising his two young children, Audrey and Dylan, alongside his lovely wife Britten. Outside of family and real estate, Chris loves to play golf, tennis, basketball, and watch his beloved Florida Gators. He is an avid volunteer and has dedicated his time as a camp counselor for terminally ill children, lived in the projects of Brooklyn to set up an after-school program for underprivileged kids, assisted in disaster relief efforts with the American Red Cross, mentored disadvantaged youths in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program, among other things.
