Charles Ramatici has been arranging commercial property and multi-family mortgages for investors, developers and business owners since 1996. Very early in his career, he identified two interesting elements that provided him with the motivation to open his consulting firm. First, he recognized that the average investor had one or two banking relationships they relied on for real estate debt but there were over 5,000 FDIC insured banks in the United States. Charles also recognized that real estate investors were experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety and frustration during the process of obtaining new debt. He combined his numerous established lending relationships with his mortgage banking experience and started a unique financing service. The platform provides clients with strategic, efficient access to capital and eliminates many of the challenges associated with securing financing.
