A native of Pasco County, Brent has worked in the real estate industry for as long as he can remember. Brent’s involvement with the family businesses began at Century 21 Bill Nye Realty where he became a top selling agent in residential sales. Expanding into commercial sales, and earning the designation of the number one producing commercial office in the world among the Century 21 commercial division, inevitably resulted in the opening of Nye Commercial Advisors office in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Brent leads the office in commercial listings with experience in an array of assets including office, multifamily, hospitality, retail, restaurant, industrial, self-storage, land, and businesses. He has successfully assisted his clients in navigating many real estate development issues and has great success in the rezoning process.
He is involved in several Chambers of Commerce and active in numerous philanthropic causes and is soon to embark on his second mission to Honduras through the Rotary Club of Wesley Chapel.

Brent attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington where he played Division 1 collegiate tennis, held positions in the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Communication Studies. Brent enjoys boating, golfing, and tennis.
