As the Director of Real Estate for Freedom Real Estate
and Capital, LLC, Brenda Conville leads the team in the day to day operations
of the company, including the business planning and brokerage activities as
well as overseeing the property management, financial operations, marketing and
tenant relations. Ms. Conville also coordinates the activities associated with
acquisitions, as well as the construction and project management related to
tenant improvements. Ms. Conville assists the CEO with
the development and implementation of strategic business and operational plans
and projects.
Prior to joining Freedom in April of 2017, Ms. Conville
spent over thirty years leading the brokerage and property management functions
at two prominent commercial real estate companies in Huntsville, and the
facilities management for an international defense contractor, serving as the
liaison between the company’s operations and its landlords in multiple locations
throughout the country. In addition to serving as a board member for the
FBICAAA, she serves as the 2020 President of NALCOM, the North Alabama
Commercial Brokers’ professional organization, and is active in the local
chapters of the Building
Owners’ and Managers’ Association (BOMA) and the International Facilities
Management Association (IFMA). Ms. Conville holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business Management from Athens State University and has
earned the Certified Property Manager® designation from the Institute of Real
Estate Management.
She is a member of 100+ Women Who Care and volunteers
with CASA, a
local non-profit organization serving the low-income, elderly community. Ms.
Conville and her husband, Gary, are members at Willowbrook Baptist Church in
Huntsville. They enjoy spending time with their daughter’s family, especially
their two young granddaughters.
