His experience includes land acquisition, building acquisition, land development, land planning, due diligence, entitlements, financing, and construction management. He has worked in numerous major markets throughout the country including the Washington DC metropolitan area. For the past 15 years he has focused on development and acquisitions related to senior housing, multifamily, mixed use, office and self-storage.
