Andrew Prunty joined InSite Commercial Realty in 2015 and serves as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. With over 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience, Andrew offers a wealth of financial, business and transactional experience to his clients. Andrew utilizes his local real estate knowledge to provide solutions for acquisition, disposition, and leasing in Chicago’s North Suburban Office, Retail and Industrial Markets.

Prior to joining InSite, Andrew most recently provided consultant services to financial institutions, private equity firms and government agencies. Services included providing loan reviews, problem loan resolutions, asset valuations, cash flow analyses, and loan resolution strategies. Andrew has 15 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Lender, with responsibility for the origination, underwriting, and servicing of loan portfolios as large as $60,000,000. This extensive experience with investors’ and lenders’ financing structures allows Andrew to provide his clients with in-depth analysis of property valuation and financing solutions.
