Mr. Haefner joined Darwin after graduating from the University of Illinois in 1999. Since then, Mr. Haefner has established himself as an indispensable member of Darwin’s industrial brokerage team specializing in the I-355, I-55 and I-80 corridors. Mr. Haefner consults clients on sales, leases, investments, development, sale-lease backs and build-to-suits. Since the beginning of 2013, Mr. Haefner has completed more than 140 transactions totaling over 6,200,000 SF, over 25 acres, and $150,000,000 in volume. Mr. Haefner also manages Darwin’s team of 16 brokers and is responsible for recruiting efforts and driving revenue for the company. During his tenure as sales manager, Darwin’s sales revenue increased by an average of 7.75% annually.
