215 E. Main St. is a spectacular historic building located on Munn Park in Downtown Lakeland, FL. Formerly occupied by “Posto 9”, the previous owners invested significant capital into renovations in 2016, bringing the building into the 21st century, yet keeping its historic charm intact. Some of the improvements made to the building include: two elevators serving customers and kitchen staff, three commercial kitchens (one for every floor), and a rooftop bar & lounge area overlooking Munn Park. The building will most likely be converted to a mixed use concept, with office or residential on the 2nd floor.
