John Deutsch University Centre (JDUC)

When completed in 2024, the 93,500 square foot renovated building will feature accomodation for more than 100 student clubs, student commercial activities, and 6,000 square feet of new public study spaces. The mixed use building with a 100 room residence above will include new public spaces, secure and discreet wellness spaces, and will be open and available for students 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
