San Joaquin County Vineyard

This Vineyard is 40+/- acre planted in Zinfandel, spacing is 7×11 on it’s own root and was planted approximately in the mid 1990’s. The 82+/- acres of Cabernet Sauvignon was planted in 2013 and has 6×10 spacing, with cross arm-double cordon no catch. Rootstock is Freedom and Clone 8, vine are from Vintage Nurseries, LLC. The property is in the Woodbridge irrigation district which was used to irrigate the property until 2013 when a 30hp pump with solar generated electricity was installed in an existing well on the property. The pump produces approximately +/- 900 gpm. All of the Vineyard is on drip. The +/- 5 acres of corn in the NW corner is irrigated with flood irrigation from the water district. The barns, +/- 5ac of farm land and small house rent for $5,300 a month on a monthly lease. The large house rents for +/- $1,600 month on a yearly lease.
