7 Fully Improved Lots - Tucson Terrace Townhomes

Tucson Terrace Townhomes is a city-approved revised 14 lot subdivision. Five remodeled townhomes and two model homes were sold to private owners in 2017. Seven remaining fully improved lots for sale. Water meters installed with piping from meter locations to all lots, multi-unit meter base installed with conduit to each lot, phone and cable conduit installed from main distribution area to all lots. Approved landscape plans with front 1/2 of subdivision landscaping complete. Front portion of subdivision paving overlay and seal coat complete. Home model master plans have been approved by the City with building permits paid/obtained for Lots 15 & 17. Lot plot plans prepared for COT permit submittals for remaining 5 lots with impact fee credits available. Copies of revised CC&Rs, subdivision report, HOA Articles of Incorporation, HOA bylaws, drainage report, soils report, and Phase 1 environmental study provided upon request.
