Richard L. Fox III was born and raised in Fayetteville, N.C. Following high school, Richard attended N.C. State University where he earned a B.S. in Business Management, with a Marketing concentration. Richard went on to attend Campbell University Law School where he earned his juris doctorate (J.D.). Richard is a North Carolina licensed attorney in addition to a licensed real estate broker. Before obtaining his real estate license, Richard practiced law for more than 10 years in areas including, but not limited to, Business Law/Litigation, Construction Law/Litigation and Real Property Litigation. For that reason, Richard brings a special knowledge and unique perspective to his real estate practice. Richard instills trust and confidence in his clients to create agent-client teamwork and, ultimately, to achieve desired results for them. Richard spends most of his free time with his son, hiking outdoors, and working on projects at his family's farm.
