Dale Dockins received his CA real estate license in 1987. He has been a licensed CA broker since 1994 and a licensed AZ broker since 2004. He founded North Bay Commercial Real Estate in Santa Rosa in 1998 after managing the commercial division at Coldwell Banker.
Being a real estate investor since he was 18 has given him experience that has been a great asset to his clients. He started flipping houses early in his career then started acquiring low performing commercial properties, fixing them up, then holding or selling them.
He has completed 15 tenant in common investments (TIC) acquisitions with 2 to 12 investors in each property. All of the properties survived the 2008 real estate downturn. North Bay Commercial manages all of the TIC properties and manages a portfolio of properties on behalf of individual clients in the San Francisco North Bay and in the Phoenix AZ metro area.
North Bay Commercial Real Estate is a "full service" boutique firm offering customized services in acquisition, disposition, leasing, advising, and property management.
Dale enjoys travel, photography, gardening, basketball, and flying - he's a licensed pilot with an IFR rating.
