Raymond Brian Schrader joined Sitar Realty Company in 2006 and is based in Sitar’s Sea Girt branch office. In his role as Vice President, Mr. Schrader uses his knowledge of the New Jersey market and broad understanding of the commercial real estate industry to assist clients in making real estate decisions that are aligned with their business objectives.
Prior to joining Sitar Realty Company, Mr. Schrader pursued investment interests through which he gained expertise in many aspects of commercial real estate including financial analysis, development and property management.
Included among Mr. Schrader's transactions is the sale of a 24-unit apartment complex in Point Pleasant; a 6,800 sq. ft. lease to Anchor, an Oldcastle Company; the sale of a 15,500 sf retail building in Wall Twp., the sale of a 12,000 sf industrial building in Wall Twp., the sale of a 8,400 sf industrial building in Wall Twp., a 2,200 sf lease to Dunkin’ Donuts in Barnegat Twp., a 4,000 sq. ft. lease for JLRZ Holdings; a lease 4,000 sq. ft. to Midlantic Medical Review in Point Pleasant Beach; the sale of a 6,400 sq. ft. office building in Wall Township; the sale of a 5,000 sq. ft. office building in Brick Township; the sale of a 1.56 acre commercial development site in Point Pleasant; the sale of a 1.26 acre commercial development site in Wall; a 6,200 sq. ft. lease to The Lift Gym in Point Pleasant Beach; a 6,860 sq. ft. retail lease for Siperstein's Paint.
Mr. Schrader is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware.
