KW Commercial, The Daniel Perich Group is offering this “R” liquor license for sale in Monroe County. The liquor license is currently located in Tobyhanna Township. Requirements for the license include a minimum of 400 square feet of serving space equipped with at least 30 chairs and a current/valid health license.
This type of licensed establishment can encompass anything from an elegant dining operation to a small corner bar as well as convenience stores and supermarkets. “R” licensees may serve liquor, wine and beer products, along with up to 192 ounces of beer to-go. Serving hours are Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM until 2:00 AM the following morning.
